Del Campo Red Beans (454g / 1 lb)

Red beans from the Del Campo brand, grown in the United States and with nothing added. With this 454 g (1 lb) bag you can make a pot of red bean stew with squash and potato, or a congrí oriental.

To soften them faster, soak them in water the night before and cook them in a pressure cooker. Until you use them, keep the bag in a cool, dry spot in the pantry.
