Beleza Type 2 Rice (1 kg / 2.20 lb)

Beleza type 2 rice is an everyday white rice with a slightly higher share of broken grains than type 1, which is barely noticeable on the plate and makes it very handy for soupy rice dishes, soups, rice pudding or plain white rice as a side.

The 1 kg (2.20 lb) bag comes from Brazil. It is gluten-free, though it may contain traces of soy, and is best used within 240 days. Keep it in a cool, dry place.
