Mina Cilantro and Annatto Seasoning (5 g)

A packet of Sazón Mina with cilantro and annatto goes into the pot while cooking and adds salt, garlic, onion, cumin and cilantro in one step, along with the reddish color of annatto.

Each packet holds 5 g, the right amount for a yellow rice, beans, a chicken fricassee or a broth. Since it contains salt and monosodium glutamate, taste before adding more salt. Keep it in a cool, dry place.
